Should have worked in SAP environment.Core Competencies: Managing Accounts Function for Publicly Listed Company.Finalization of Balance sheet , Budgeting , Managing Taxation , Audits , Excise. Statutory Compliances. Answerable to Audit Committee / Board. Finance: Managing working capital / long - term debt. Investor relations. Managing TreasuryKnowledge of SAP , ERPs , IMS systems , Company law and statutory compliance under the applicable laws. Soft Skills : Communication , Leadership , Team building , PresentationOther Skills: Operating System Windows & Internet , Outlook Express , Microsoft Office Word , Excel , Power Point , Access , Accounts SAP , ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) , Tally , Payroll software etc. Job Profile: To handle Financials , managing funds , coordinating payments , implementing & maintaining accounting systems and Treasury Functions. Accounts Finalization , Monthly Closing and Planning & Budgeting , and preparation , review , analysis and submission of various MIS (i.e. Daily , Weekly , Monthly and Quarterly Profit / Loss Statement , Weekly Receivable & Inventory Report.) Cash Flow Statement and Working Capital Management. Working Capital and Project Finance Working and Interaction with bankers Submission of Stock and Debtors statements for Working Capital and Quarterly Information Systems to Banks. Physical Verification of Stocks at Units. Statutory audit / Internal audit / stock auditors. Excise , Import & Export documentation (Trade Finance) and Bank Guarantees and Commercial / Legal agreements. Corporate Taxation and Assessment (Income Tax , Tax Audit) Compliance with regards to various rules and regulations relating to SEBI.
