Location Airoli , Navi MumbaiCurrent Work Experience 5 - 8 yearsSkills (Mandatory) Elicit requirements using document analysis , requirements workshops , surveys , site visits , business process descriptions , use cases , scenarios , business analysis and workflow analysis. Broad understanding of the Healthcare Payer value chain of business processes , along with in - depth understanding of at least one key business process e.g. claims processing Awareness of the latest trends & regulations in the US payer market High - level understanding of key Payer enterprise systems & modules Proven experience in requirements gathering , elicitation , creating wireframes / screen mockups and documentation Single handedly drive requirements conversations with clients & own BRD / SRS documents till closure Understanding of all levels of Agile requirements gathering process and hands - on awareness of Agile SDLC tools such as Rally / Jira Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements Strong analytical and product management skills required , including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group , executives , managers , and subject matter experts Preferable to have received an MBA from a recognized institute Role Interacting with client engineering team to conceptualize , develop and implement Healthcare Payer software projects and solutions Developing business case , use cases , requirement documents , system specification as well as Agile requirements artifacts for Healthcare Payer Applications Proactively tracking the developments in healthcare IT , including standards , technologies and workflows Working with software engineering and quality assurance team to translate requirements into working solution Contributing to solution enhancements of existing Payer solutions for success in the marketplac,
