Job Description

Dear Candidate,Designation: Company SecretaryJob Description:

  • Full time Company Secretary for Spenta Enclave (P) Ltd. (appointment as per Companies Act, 2013).
  • Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to handle the role of Internal Auditor for Private Limited Companies. Minimum 2 years work experience required.
  • Knowledge of Taxation viz., Income Tax, TDS and GST. Minimum 2 years work experience required.
  • Worked as Company Secretary in any company for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
  • dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports.
  • ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
  • contributing to meeting discussions as and when required.
  • advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies.
  • monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;
  • liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • managing matters related to insurance and property; developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Job Function: Accounting/Tax/Company Secretary/AuditJob location: Nariman PointSalary: Rs.6,00,000/- pa to 8,00,000/- p.a.Experience: Min 2 to 4 years experience as company secretary.Working hours : 9 hrs (Mon to Sat) 10 am to 7 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday weekly off with all Sundays)During busy periods you will be expected to extend your timings and weekend work may be occasionally required.Skills:
