  • Antivirus
  • DLP
  • ATP
  • EDR
  • Encryption
  • Cloud internet proxy
  • Patch Management
Any implementations of advanced security solutions that may get utilized in the future The activities to support these solutions to include the following activities:o Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices o Install configure and manage product application servers/appliances o Configure and review technical rules set and policies o Fine-tune policies as a part of reducing false positive o Support for deploying agents and trouble shoot agents which are not reporting o Coordinate with product vendor for upgrades and issue resolution o Apply system updates and patches periodically and on demand along with regular signature updates o Maintain and monitor system health, patch levels and vulnerabilities o Generate and share status reports. o Maintain and report security health of all IT security devices o Manually update signature definitions on client systems in case of auto update failure o Remove malicious components (virus/malware) from infected systems and ensure a clean IT environment o Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information o Track and ensure client deployment on all end points as per compliance. o For any Major Incident (Ml) (Business application server down, Portal not opening, or any severity 1 issue- impacting business), update the ETR on time to time and initiate communication to required people. o Close the MI ticket once the services are restored, confirmation taken from stakeholders. o Developing storage scripts for Automating various tasks on storages o Performance monitoring and fine tuning for optimum performance. o Perform preventive maintenance periodically to avoid any unplanned downtime o Provide periodic MIS reports with industry best CIO dashboards, IT manager dashboards and real-time Operational dashboards. o Discuss with customer and formalize a remedial plan for observations and recommendations made in periodic VA-PT assessment. o Recommendation to be made for continuous service improvement on half yearly basis o For all the Major Incident, RCA to be published within 5 business days after the Critical Incident Occurrence to Zonal IT lead & respective IT Managers.
