Job Description

Designation: Counter SalesQualification: min. 10th passExperience: freshersLocation: All over mumbai (western/central/harbour)Shift timing: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm & 5.00 pm to 1.00 am(for females only morning shift and for males rotational shifts)Gender: Male / Female both

  • Greeting customers and taking orders.
  • Processing payments.
  • Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
  • Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
  • Updating the product inventory.
  • Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
  • Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.
