Make sure effective handing over and taking over of responsibilities at the beginning /end of each shift. Assure that the admitted case has done all the required pre operative investigations. Counsel the patients regarding the surgery make the patients feel relaxed and communicate the package amount to the patients / attenders. Allot the rooms for the patients as per the package. Monitor and make sure that the nursing process is done efficiently. Enter the patients information in the software including the procedure Schedule, admission details, bed transfer, billing details for the service provided, Discharge Summary, and forward the billing request to the cashier.
