Job Description

    Our client is a quality driven Contracting Mechanical Company with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
    • Maintain project execution plan.
    • Create information to monitor and report the execution of the project.
    • Communicating with team and senior management regarding process, improvements and deviations.
    • Raising red flags if found any deviation in the plan. Also, take periodic updates and revise the schedule to meet the targets.
    • Works also includes hiring contractors, issuing work orders, bill certifications, client coordination and billings.
    • Create cash flow analysis, plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads.
    • Coordinate with Various departments like Engineering , Procurement, Operations, quality and commissioning departments.
    • Calculating optimal material requirement, manpower and machinery requirement.
    • Preparation of Project schedule ( in primavera) covering entire scope and within defined time frame.
