Resources should have following merit.1.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.2.Must be a graduate in computer science/IT, Post-graduation will be preferred.3.Must have more than 5 years experience in similar activity4.Resources having experience in Loan Origination system will be preferred.5.Additional knowledge of technical details similar applications is desirable.6.Good knowledge of helpdesk activities.The role of resources will be :Acting as an escalation point wherever required to provide solutions at the earliest.The resources will take care of the acitivies of both L1 & L2 support.Providing MIS to the Bank.Service desk request (inclusive of telephone calls) will have to be dealt and disposed off to the satisfaction users.
