Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have excellent opportunity for Home Loan AdvisorLocation : Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / ThaneSalary : upto 4.8 LPA + IncentivesOnly for Candidates from Mumbai and Bangalore LocationOnly Candidates with experience in Home Loan Preferred.Sales Experience with excellent communication skills required.

  • The candidate will work as a home loan advisor and will work closely with builders to provide home loan solution to their customers
  • Enable technology solution at clients end so that their team can use it
  • Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right home loan solution using technology
  • Work from the builders project site and Office to provide solution to customers visiting the property
  • Create a robust sales pipeline from the potential customers provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
  • Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in the manner instructed.
  • Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to the customer
Required Skills
  • Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
  • Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
  • Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
