Job Description

We have excellent job opportunity for Home Loan Sales Profile.Salary : upto 7 LPALocation : Mumbai , Navi Mumbai and Thane

  • The candidate will work as a home loan advisor and will work closely with builder stop provide home loan solution to their customers
  • Enable technology solution at client sends so that their team can use it
  • Understand the customer requirement and provide him the right home loan solution using technology
  • Work from the builders project site and Office to provide solution to customers visiting the property
  • Create a robust sales pipeline from the potential customers provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
  • Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in the manner instructed.
  • Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to the customer
Required Skills
  • Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
  • Ability to work well with people,both internally and with the external customers.
  • Prioritize assignments,follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
Work Timings-5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday will be working, will be having 2 week off any week day9:30 am-6:30 pmExperience-1-3 Years relevant sales experience.Contact : 9326979050
