Job Description

    FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL:1.Implementation of the HR Administration process in to CRM tool2.Monthly data updation, editing (Scrub) on HRIS system3.Ensuring Payroll Inputs for Salaries, Overtime, Incentive and other allowances to the payroll team on a monthly basis4.Ensuring all exits are through a structured process and comply/adhere to the policy5.Full and Final formalities to be processed for all exited employees as per designated turnaround time6.Ensuring all employees are covered under Background Verification and close pending items by liaising with operations7.Review of company policies every quarter and make appropriate amendments8.Facilitate New Hire Employee Induction Program and Bank account enrollment9.Administer and Query resolution pertinent to Payroll, PF, ESI/TTK && F&&F settlement10.Ensuring employees at different levels/grades are confirmed as per policy accordingly11.Driving the Performance Management system and ensure all employees Enroll, Appraise (Self && Manager) and set goals for the year in Performance Management System tool across locations12.Ensuring Bonus Payouts are calculated for all employees accordingly and payouts inputs are dispatched accordingly13.Conducting HR Audits against all activities as per Altisource policy and procedures14.Generating various Analysis/Summary, Slides for Business Review with senior Management15.Overlook and Ensure all HR Operation activities are compliant and closed as per TAT16.Manage the HR team && lead the HR operations function for allfacilities in Bangalore
