Job Description

    1. Handling Air & Sea documentation of import related to custom clearance.
    2. Prepare all pre & post document of import custom clearance documents like, as preparation of checklist, online filling of bill of entry, passing bill of entry on Ice gate.
    3. Preparing for E- sanchit procedure on Ice gate.
    4. Follow up with shipping line taking arrival details, IGM/ ITEM, shipping line charges etc.
    5. Arrange documents & payment for Delivery order (D/O) & process for D/O.
    6. Calculate & process taxes & duties.
    7. Follow up with CFS for arrival of container in CFS.
    8. Update all records related to import documentation.
    9. Send the documents to field staff for custom clearance.
    10. Co-ordinate with dock person related to import documentation.
    11. Co-ordination with shipping line / CFS, scrutiny of the documents.
    12. Send updated DSR to management on daily basis.
    13. Maintain MIS report of all shipments & send it to client on day-to-day basis.
    14. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.
