Job Description

    Job Description-Experience : 5 to 8 YearsSalary : 5 to 8 LLocation : Navi MumbaiDesignation: Inside Sales Tendering- Navi MumbaiResponsibilities:Fill the tender documents (Online / Manual) for submission of Government bids.Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submission, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.Develop and implement bid management strategies to enhance win rates and maximize business opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to develop comprehensive bid proposals and responses.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.Evaluate and assess bid outcomes, conducting post-bid reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors to foster long-term business partnerships and drive growth opportunities.Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends to adapt bidding strategies accordingly.Oversee the preparation and management of Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade and finance regulations and requirements.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APMP) preferred.Proven track record of at least 5 years in commercial, tendering, or bid management roles, preferably within the [industry/sector].Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, with experience negotiating complex agreements and contracts.Good knowledge of Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation processes, including understanding of terms, conditions, and procedures related to international trade and finance.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software/tools. Expertise of advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, analyze dataStrategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Interested candidates can share resumes on hidden_email
