Job Description

Greetings from Netstar Infotech!!We are hiring for Telecollection Representative for InternationalBpo Sector in Mumbai.Job Brief:Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. Acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.Job Summary:

  • Designation:Customer Service Associate
  • Process: Bank Collection Process
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Salary: 20k- 25k
  • Week off: Saturday Sunday Fixed Off
  • Location: Vashi, Powai
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Collect payments on past due bills.
  • Create a list of people who have not made payments.
  • Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
  • Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
  • Call customers using telephone.
  • Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.
  • Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
  • Attempt to collect payment.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
  • Qualifications: Hsc or Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher / 6 months experience required
Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English
  • Good Customer service & phone etiquette skills.
  • Prior experience and success achieving assigned performance goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word and Excel
