  2. Must have worked on software and hardware asset management
  3. ITAsset Management Certification(ITAM)
Below is the synopsis of the role:
  1. Helpdesk Management, Call logging, Call Assign, Response, and Resolution
  2. Hardware and Software Asset Management, Asset Life Cycle, Internal Audit
  3. HW and SW Procurement
  4. HW and SW Maintenance
  5. Vendor Management
  6. Documentation and Reports for ISMS, IT-dept.
  7. Team Assistance for various internal IT work.
