Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards with routine maintenance.
    • Provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.
    • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.
    • Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.
    • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.
    • Maintain client databases with up-to-date solutions and clear record of activities.
    • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients.
    • Install, repair and conduct preventive maintenance of personal computer by providing technical support.
    • Determine and research user questions and isolate and resolve information systems problems.
    • VM configuration & making new VM.
    • Website Update.
    • Software Configuration, Installation, setups & testing.
    Experience : 3-5 yearsExperience & Skills:
    • Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
    • Advance knowledge of Gsuite, Outlook, Office 365, Linux, Windows and system software.
    • Experience with Windows server and exchange server.
    • Strong knowledge of server-side language (PHP only).
    • Good Knowledge of SQL & Oracle database.
    • Good knowledge of Share point & One drive.
    • L1 & L2 IT support.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
