Job Description

1) Candidate should have minimum 1-2 years of IT infrastructure or application console based monitoring experience2) Knowledge of Monitoring tools such CA NSM, SOI, APM, CA Spectrum3) Candidate should have knowledge of Cloud/Aws/ Azure Log monitoring and analysis4) Candidate should be well aware of incident management process of ITIL.5) Candidate should have used IT service management tools (e.g. remedy, HP service center etc) for incident management6) Candidate should have end to end knowledge of event and alert management in monitoring role7) Candidate should have hands on experience on basic Wintel tasks such as manage, unmange servers, performing ping and basic database queries like select, insert, update, website monitoring8) Candidate should have basic knowledge of ITIL V3 concepts9) Candidate should be flexible to work in shift
