Job Description

  • Understand design and applications of what is being developed.
  • Break large problems into smaller tasks
  • Solve complicated problems simply
  • Modify code for clarity or to better suit changing requirements (Refactoring)
  • Identify and solve bugs
  • Provide estimates on how long tasks will take
  • Make minor design decisions w/o supervision.
  • Good verbal and written Communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile and knowledge of Scrum
Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years of overall professional experience in software development & delivery.
  • Relevant year of experience on Core Java, Spring, Hibernate
  • Experience on MVC framework Spring MVC or any other(Struts/JSF)
  • Strong understanding of OOPS concepts is required
  • Experience on any database and basic knowledge of sql
  • IDE work experience Eclipse/Intellj Idea
  • Version control SVN/GIT
  • Unit testing experience with JUNIT, Mockito
  • UI related experience with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, JSON/XML
  • REST/SOAP web services development
  • Deployment experience with any application server like Tomcat/Jetty/WebSphere/JBOSS
  • CI tools working experience Jenkins, Maven/Gradel
  • Code quality tool Sonar/PMD/CheckStyle/FindBug
  • TDD/BDD/ATDD concepts
