This revolution is going to impact the lives of 1.3 billion Indians and its our responsibility to cater to the needs of every rural and urban Indians by using every skill and technology that is available at our disposal.Jio has over 400 million customers in India, generating petabytes of data every second, and hence the need to build infinitely scaling, low latency, high throughput and highly available systems.Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSMExecution of day-to-day Identity and Access Management control activities using the CyberArk tool for 365 *24/7 complex operations like on-boarding accounts, Account management, Platform Management, SafeManagement, and system health checkTimely resolution of Common issues like user un-suspension, connection issues, CPM user out of sync, PSMsession connection issues etc.Creation. of Master polices and platform management in CyberArk along with report generation in PVWA, usercreation and groups creation in PrivateArkOnboarding accounts in bulk using PUU and deletion of accounts; safe creation and modificationWorking on Compliance improvement and sustenanceMonitoring and Management of CyberArk PIM InfrastructureIntegrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases CPMpolicies management or redistributionPatch Upgradation on all CyberArk components serversTroubleshooting of CPM, Vault and other componentsSupport project team on new administration concepts for CyberArkPerforming CyberArk DR Drill & setupBatch-Import using PACLI and manualPerforming version upgradesCreating Technical Documentations including but not limited to SOPS, LLD, HLD, Architecture DiagramAuditing Accounts and work on various reports, users server login issues and user permission issues as perrequirementsKnowledge & SkillsExpertise in managing incidents, service requests, and change tasks in the ITSMExpertise in providing PIM (CyberArk) support operations on day-to-day basis within defined SLAGood knowledge of Linux and Windows AdministrationPractical experience with Incident / Ticketing ToolsGood understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the following directories:(Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory)Fair understating of CyberArk Rest APIsHands on experience on Platform management, Safe management, User management and CPM compliancemanagement via CyberArkFair understanding of DR management and component configurationsExperience in creating runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagramsGood to have experience on application installation and CyberArk Rest APIs,
