Roles and Responsibilities1. Preparation of detailed Business Case of Agri/Food lab setup in Mumbai regions, preferably at Vashi.2. Presenting the Business case to the management.3. Identification and selection of space for lab setup.4. Setup of the lab and hiring of required resources.5. ISO 17025 and other accreditation of lab in pre-defined time frame. 6. Running of lab successfully and profitably. 8. Complete Lab coordination and responsibilities.9. Making Quality Plan/All QHSE requirements plan.10. Planning and Review Quality assurance related activities.11. Calibration of Analytical instruments and Glasswares.12. Reagent preparation, Standard solution preparation.13. Ensuring the proper sample preparation and identification.14. Managing a team of laboratory personnel 15. Analysis of Raw material, in-process samples, finished goods on timely.16. Repeatability and reproducibility of results.17. Preparing the monthly quality performance reports.Desired Candidate ProfileM.Sc with Chemistry, 2 Years work exp in Chemical TestingShould have worked in NABL accredated Lab- Knowledge of Laboratory Quality Management System, handling testing of food and agriculture products, internal calibration of equipments and upkeeping Quality Records.- Should have faced ISO 17025:2017 audit and/or having authorised signatory of NABL or any other regulatory bodies.Must have 4 days external training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017Contact Person:-Laxmi GhoshOASIS****************@gmail.com**********, Roles and Responsibilities1.
