Job Description

    Jio is inviting application from suitable candidates for the position - Lead Sales Excellence.This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales processes, driving innovation, and improving overall sales skills and performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and a proven track record in transforming sales operations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce sales cycle times, and enhance customer engagement. Sales Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest sales technologies and methodologies. Recommend and lead the adoption of innovative tools and practices to keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry. Performance Improvement: Work closely with sales leadership to set performance metrics. Design and execute programs to meet or exceed these. metrics through targeted initiatives aimed at improving sales tactics and strategies. Sales Skills Development: Identify skills gaps within the sales team and develop training programs to address these gaps. Facilitate ongoing sales training and coaching to enhance team capabilities and performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage sales data to gain insights into sales performance and process efficiency. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on progress and impact of optimization efforts. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals. Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications: MBA from Tier 1 institute with specialization in sales and marketing. 8-12 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales organisations or in management consulting. Proven experience in sales management, sales consulting, or a related role. Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
