Job Description

, Education - Graduate , Experience - Exp in BPO Environment

  • Handling the day to day processing in the Loans Syndication Domain, resolving queries from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work on relevant Workflow tools / systems such Flexcube / Loans IQ / ACBS, TLM / Intellimatch / Recon Portal, Scrittura / GLDC / WSO.
  • In depth & strong process Knowledge in areas such as Bilat, Syndicated, Agency, Loan trading, Secondary trading, Static Data, Assignments, Transfers,
  • Ability to Multi task & ensure time bound delivery of deliverables.
  • Management of KRIs within the benchmark levels
  • Sound Risk awareness and reporting, proven ability to follow escalation matrix in a timely manner.
  • Needs to act a quality/accuracy gatekeeper for the team.
  • Need to be process SME and first point of escalation within the team.
  • Back up for the lead in his absence
  • Need to be cross-trained in all sub process in current base process.
  • Take Initiative to mentor the new joinees & impart hands on training to new joinees.
  • Identify areas for process improvements, To complete specific projects/tasks assigned on a regular basis
  • To strive to create a healthy and fun filled Environment in the team
  • Display interpersonal skills in handling the day-to-day operations on the floor.
  • Effectively managing KPIs and ensuring NIL Exceptions in any of the day-to-day BAU Deliverables
  • Effectively manage the admins and staff members who will be tagged with respect to work allocation, prioritization, reporting and queue supervision.
