  • Formulating & implementing strategies/policies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimizing revenue.
  • Monitoring and keeping credits under control, with the timely recovery of outstanding.
  • Keeping updated about market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.
  • Possess core competency in strategic planning & benchmarking performance against global leaders in the Industry.
  • Identifying & implementing strategies to penetrate new markets, tapping new customer base thereby expanding business & generating income, developing new streams for long-term revenue and growth.
