    • * Due Diligence Works (including land due diligence, corporate diligence efc)
    • Helping structure investment deals
    • Front ending negotiation and closure of definitive document
    • Registration of legal documents at SROs across key locations in India such as agreement to sell, sole deed, mortgage deeds
    • Deciliig williluudiiig low firms across India achieve in relation to the land acquisition or investment related matters
    • 2. Leasing related matters
    • Front ending negotiation and closure of definitive document like LOI, Term Sheets, ATL, Lease Deeds
    • Registration at SROs across key locations in India of agreement for lease and lease deeds
    • 3. Projects related matters
    • Supporting projects team in relation to construction related confront; such ns RC, tender documents, construction contracts Expert | hands On Independent
    • 4. Project fundingP otters
    • Providing support for completion of due diligenceby lenders
    • Supporting finance in negotiation and closure affiancedocuments such as term sheets, facility agreements, mortga9e deeds, hypothecation deeds etc

    • Briefing lawyers in relation to litigationmatters
    • 6. . Records Management-Legal & Secretarial

    • Construction contracts like tender documents, BGs etc
    • 9. Compliance Management including the following
    • implementation of software basedcompliance
    • Compliances, Anti Bribery Compliance, Risk Management, and rolling out compliance plans as per Sine pore lows
    • Maintaining compliance trackers such as property register, license registers, compliance calendars etc
    • 10. Researching about lows and government policies concerning business operations and come up with solutions
    • 11. Miscellaneous Legal Matterst
    • Dealing with law firms in relation to varroosissnments across India
    • B. Secretarial Expert independent
    • 1. Secretarial compliances of group companies

    • Under Foreign Exchange Lows
    • 2. Initiating and leading legal and secretarial audits
    • 3. Leading statutory and internal audits of all group companies on behalf of secretarial and legal department

    • Must be capable of concurrently and independently carrying out assignment with or without the support of line manager. Should be hands on in handling the legal and secretarial matters independently
    • Should hove good transaction experience in land acquisition, company takeover or }Vs
    • Must hove experience of handling compliance of group companies
    • Should hove handled land related litigations or should hove litigation experience
    • Good communication command over English with prior experience of dealing with foreign offices
    • Ability to interact independently with business heads and acting as first point of contact for
    • Willingness to travel extensively, if required;
