Responsibilities include: 1)Responsible for maintenance of all equipments. 2)Proper recording of breakdown, consumables and spares 3)Carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per the schedules laid down for the plants 4)Carrying out Break down maintenance activities as per the break down slips submitted by concern supervisors time to time. 5)Recording and maintaining minimum inventory of spares and consumables and informing the maintenance in charge well in-advance, in case of shortfalls. 6)Maintaining and Verifying the Records of Utility items like LDO, Diesel used for Boilers/pumps and DG on day to day basis. 7)Maintenance of Garden Area and plants in the factory. 8) Maintaining and updating of all Machine history card for all repairs and maintenance carried out in the plant. 9) Preferred experience in electrical & mechanical maintenance.,
