Responsibilities :- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.- Managing the operational risk parameters for marketing department. The person will be responsible for maintaining SOP across verticals within the department (BORM role).- Coordinating with the team members and risk team for conducting quarterly and annual testing for the risk and control factors established for the process followed. - Responsible for Business continuity management (BCM) role for the department.- Responsible for managing Crisis management (CMT) role for the department.- Responsible for the coordination across vertical for all audit-related matters- To work in coordination with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, BCM, Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and Finance department to complete the works within defined timeline.Desired Profile :- Knowledge of MS Office tools.- High degree of attention to detailing and trustworthiness- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build & maintain relationships across verticals.- A good team player who meets and exceeds team goals.- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative. - Ability to research and clearly document technical information. - A clear, concise writing style.- Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing and adaptive to different situations and team members.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.,
