Job Description

Job Title: Manager Autodesk Infraworks ModellerExperience:3 - 5 years experience using Infraworks package and AutoCAD in model generation in infrastructure and real estate industry.Location: Navi MumbaiWe are looking for a person with hands-on experience to take the role of Autodesk Infraworks 360 modeling in vertical infrastructure and real estate projects of the company in pan-India. He will also assist in establishing an IT infrastructure to serve the function.The incoming person will be reporting to the Head of Projects and will be responsible for complete contextual real-time modeling of infrastructure projects. The requirement of the job is to conceptualize, visualize and infra projects of the company and prepare the models to be shared with all the stakeholders through a collaborative platform such as BIM360. The idea is to provide real-time updates on project execution to all the stakeholders sharing visually appealing project models by providing all the critical project status. The job description is as follows:

  1. Understanding the requirements of company leadership and transforming it into an executable implementation plan.
  2. Understanding the architectural building/building services drawings, infrastructure projects, project components, contours, etc.
  3. Work directly with and take direction from project personnel and/or BIM Coordinator
  4. Create a 3D model based on the tender data and field team.
  5. Perform ongoing reviews of models and drawings, checking for accuracy and completeness.
  6. It helps set up a project and keeps it maintained.
  7. Download and upload files when needed to keep the project current
  8. The candidate will oversee the operational aspects of Infraworks 360 implementation within the company across the project.
  9. He will be working hands on the software and if required to develop his support team.
  10. He will be supporting the construction, design and planning function with his inputs on quantity estimation, BOQ generation, critical aspects of construction, finalizing the building design with iterations and optimization of cost estimation and design.
Requirements:
  1. The maximum age shall be 32-33 years.
  2. Qualifications
    1. BE/BTech
    2. Additional Advanced leveling CAD drafting qualifications will be an added advantage
    3. 3 - 5 years experience using Infraworks package and AutoCAD in model generation in preferably infrastructure and real estate industry.
    4. The experience of working with BIM 360 will be a great added advantage.
  3. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, and the construction sector is preferable
  4. Taking the first step for problem-solving, go-getter attitude, the penchant to excel the target and good communication skills
