Find below the Job Details:Organisation: Jaro EducationOrganisation Brief: Jaro Education is a leading organisation into online education having 18 offices in India with a staff strength of around 750 employees.Recently wehave been appointed by IIM - A as their technology and marketing partner.With the launch of the new app based learning system for KG to 12th grade, Jaro becomes the only organisation in India providing education services from KG to PhD level.Job Location: Chembur (Mumbai)Department: OperationsDesignation: Manager - Operations, Strategy & ImprovementJob Role: 1) Working closely with and reporting to the Managing Director 2) Actively participating in business meetings and contributing to the discussion and preparing the minutes 3) Overseeing the various projects and updating status on each project to the MD 4) Researching on competitors, other businesses and making a report on the same and sharing with the MD 5) Overseeing the functioning of various divisions, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvement areas 6)Jointly working with the MD on the various strategies so as to reach the organisational goals 7) Follow ups with various departments (directly reporting to the MD) for their pending tasks and highlighting the same to the MD 8) Preparing various task matrix and MIS for better decision making 9) Coordinating with external stake holders and vendors on behalf of the MDIf interested, do revert with an updated copy of your CV on sushant.m@jaro.in.
