    Urgent Hiring.Position: Manager Sales(Mixers)Location: Mumbai HQEducation Qualification: BE /BTech (Chemical / Mechanical), MBA in MarketingCompany- Manufacturing (MNC Based in Andheri E Mumbai)About Company- Manufacturer Process Equipment of the needs of Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Chemicals and other sectors. Standard range of equipment line Sifters, Multi mills, Blenders, High Shear Mixer Granulators, Fluid Bed Driers & Processors, Blenders, Auto-coaters, Tray Driers, Vacuum Tray Driers, Bins along with the materials handling systems and Batching system.Context to the role:Company would like to establish the flagship product of mixers and Vacuum shovel dryers in Indian market in markets like food, pharmaceuticals, building materials, mines & minerals etc.This position is particularly to develop business and propel to the product to numero uno position pan India and adjoining Saarc countries.This would involve maintaining relationship with existing clients, market the products to new clients, liason with Germany company for product knowledge and discussion of the same with clients, develop the industry from ground level to top.Experience :- Incumbent should have 10 + years of overall experience.- Knowledge of Business development in a Technical and capital intensive Engineering /OEM machine building company.- Experience of working in a senior sales position within an engineering company of process plants or similar industrial facilities.- Exposure to Building Industry of developing business and sales of OEM. Machines, turnkey project and technology intensive engineering product.Major Accountabilities:- Achievement of Sales targets in terms of revenue and order booking. New customer development.- New application of machines.- Market Development.- Collection of payments.-Development of subordinate.- Nurture and develop existing customers.- Ensure and review accuracy of proposals and Techno-commercial offers- Negotiate terms and conditions of the order with the client in consultation of the involved departments.- Timely closure of technical issues.- Timely closure of commercial issues.- Regular customer interactions.- Market intelligence in terms of rate, product, specification and technical comparisons.- Ensure regular updation of presentations, literatures, specifications and catalogues and designs based on market feedbacks.- Weekly review of reports of CRM and progress of project with Projects.- Resolution of customer concerns within specified timelines.ALWAYS THE RIGHT MIX- Review of site closure with CRM and Customer.- Participate in trade fairs.- Keeping abreast with regulatory requirements.- Keeping in touch with industry experts in process and design.- Ensure timely updation of business records like client list and contact, project related documents like design, specifications, drawings, photographs etc.- Ensure there are no gaps in execution for closure of site within agreed timelines.Critical Attributes :- Problem solving.- Team work.- Time management.- Delegation.- Communication skills.- Negotiation Skills.- Interpersonal skills.- Business Acumen.- Customer orientation.- Perseverance.Please share your resume asap.Email id- swati@peoplehire.inor WhatsApp- hidden_mobile
