Effective involvement starts from Raising P.O till Releasing the Vendor PaymentMachinery, Spares Sourcing and Purchase ManagementDirects and Manage Activities regarding to Procurement of Vending Machines, Spares and Associated Items.Material Planning and Purchase SchedulingEstimates Quantities of Material Required for Production and Sales, Intimate Vendors. Schedule Procurements and Inward Goods Management.Strategic Planning for Sourcing and SupplyPanning and Execution of Integrated Sourcing and Supply Strategies with an inclusive approach so as to ensure that the Quality and Availability of the Products are always ensured and the Cost is Always within the Parameters.Vendor DevelopmentVendor development and management (Preliminary assessment, vendor development, Vendor Registration, Payment Management / Follow-ups and timely performance evaluation, Registrations / SLAsManagement of Supply & TransportationDirects with Supply & Logistic Dept., transporters to Schedule delivery of purchased Raw Material and Supplies of Finished products from and to plant. Ensure Sufficient Stocks Always At CFAsMaintaining RelationMaintain the relation with Vendors and efficient cost effective use of different suppliers for effective supply of material.Cost ControlEffective Monitoring of Costs, Bringing Down Procurement and Supply Costs by Detailed Planning and Execution. Reviews Budgeting, Cost Saving Planning & Execution.ISO 22000:2005 Procurement PracticesEnsure ISO 22000:2005 Regulations, Food Safety Management System and SOP for Procurement PracticesManagement and SupervisionCoordination with Factory,Stores,Vendors and different departments related to Procurement and Supply Works and getting the work done efficientlyDocumentations, Verifications Calculations,Preparing P.O s ,Letters, Confirmations, etc. mailing and follow up communications. Verification of bills and forwarding for payment.Others Coordination and Execution of works as and when required or by instructed by the management.Reports & MISDaily/Weekly/Monthly Work Reports & MIS Correspondences
