Job Description

    Responsibilities
    1. Communication, whether it is via email, phone, or face-to-face is crucial in making a sale.
    2. Applicant must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the company solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed.
    3. Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firms freight transportation services.
    4. Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
    5. Knowledge in handling Ex-Works Shipments.
    6. Very Prompt and active body language in handling the customer.
    7. Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs
    8. It is important that they can work and contribute in a team oriented environment Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers Have good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
    Experience: 1-3yrs.Qualification -Any Graduate
