    • Should have experience in qualitative and quantitative lab testing and report writing.
    • Ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection, pre-dispatch inspection and online inspection
    • Auditing process departments as per schedule
    • Calibration of all measuring instruments.
    • Customer complaint redressal.
    • Training to the m/c workers and operators for SOPs and Quality management system
    • Documentation of all Quality records
    • Regular inspection for all products
    • Daily quality reports for all products to be submitted
    • Basic knowledge Of Autocad
    • Creating Masterchart of all products running

  • Good understanding of plastic processing
  • developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions and failure analysis efforts
  • working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations
  • Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems
  • Experience of the following: mechanical enclosures, plastic parts, rotomolding , tooling, jigs, fixtures
  • Documentation of all Quality records
  • Regular inspection for all products
  • Daily quality reports for all products to be submitted
  • Customer complaint redressal.
  • Participate in internal/external audit program of Quality Management system
  • Establish test plan and work instructionExperience:
    • PLASTIC MOULDING: 3 years (Preferred)
