Job Description

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONAL FROM CHEMICALS / POLYMERS APPLICATIONS FOR ESTABLISHED SPECIALITY CHEMICALS CO.Suitably qualified and experienced candidates must respond with following details urgently for further process

  1. Updated, complete Resume (not gaps in academics or employment)
  2. Present CTC (all inclusive)
  3. Reasonable expected salary
  4. Types of products handled
  5. List of key end users sold to in past 2 years:
  6. Earliest joining period, if selected
Candidate profile
  • B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Polymers / Chemical Engg (or) MSc Organic (+ PG in Marketing)
  • Min. 5 years experience in application sales to end users
  • Excellent technical proficiency with flair for identifying market potential and revenue opportunities
  • Proven Key Accounts Management skills
  • Computer savvy with good oral and written communication skills
Target users:
  • PVC Pipes & Fittings, Master Batches, PVC Stabiliser, PVC Cables, PVC Profiles, PVC Flooring , Road Marking paints etc.
KRAs
  • This is a new position reporting to the Director
  • The position entails developing a go-to-market strategy including market and products planning, user segmentation, sales communication, prospecting, pre-sales presentation (application selling), sales upto revenue collections
  • Constant interaction with product development and production departments would be essential
Other important information:
  • Designation: Asst Manager / Manager
  • Area / Territory: All India (travelling would be required)
  • Team: None initially but Technical Sales Executives would be added subsequently
  • Salary range: Rs 7 to 10 lakhs, depending on merit and relevance of experience
  • Reporting location: Vashi (office is walking distance from station)
