    Roles & responsibilitiesCreate and maintain daily HC, Attrition reportCreate and maintain allocation file across products with various different cuts requiredCreate and publish daily, weekly, monthly collection performance & DRRCreate and publish STLM, STLY comparison MIS across productsCreate & publish daily APR, repeat defaulter reportCreate & publish Disposition reportCreate & publish login-logout report, login efficiencyCreate & maintain Disposition definition fileReport not paid analysis with recommendationCreate and publish rostersReport attendance trackerDesired skillsExcellent knowledge of excel,control in managing heavy files1.5+ yrs of experience in managing end to end collection peformancereporting is requiredHands on knowledge of power BI would be preferredKnowledge of managing collection processes would be preferredWilling to work in 24/7 shift, rotational week offsGood in English & Hindi communicationGood knowledge in excel is requiredNeed to have understanding of WFM as a functionShould be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environmentShould be able to make quick decisions related to Dialer performance
