Job Description
  • Candidate need to recruit Motor Sales Advisors and get the business through them
  • Meet Top Line numbers set for respective Branch/Location/region through continuous recruitment, alignment, activation and development.
  • Identifying and mapping of potential associates in this lob.
  • Recruitment and alignment of potential channel associates as per company policies and process.
  • Stay In line with the channel initiatives.
  • Drive productivity from respective associates ensuring business and company hygienes
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and agents needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective corporates or firm catering Motor Sales business
  • Ensure all digital enablers with the team as well as agents, for effective &; faster access of policy post issuance along with after sales support.
  • Build long term relationships with the new and existing productive agents
  • Candidate currently handling motor dealer channel & dealership sales of insurance.
