Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have an urgent requirement for Network EngineerLocation: Thane MumbaiExperience: 2+ yearsSalary: 15k to 18k

  • Monitor & Manage the Network.
  • Closing the Service desk tickets and Maintain the SLA.
  • Worked on firewall ASA.
  • Co-ordinate with NOC & Cisco team to troubleshoot the issues related to network equipments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on network performance.
  • Maintain & update the Devices/Links inventory, Switch ports capacity reports.
  • Share the respective artifacts during the Outage.
  • Coordinating with service provider for link related issue. (TATA, Bharti, AIRCEL)
  • Investigate the latency issues while accessing the web links (Intranet & internet) with the coordination of concern team.
  • Daily Checklist of LAN/WAN devices/links & timely escalation to senior management regarding circuit downtime or hardware failure.
  • Need to maintain Device list, Link Ckt detail.
