Job Description

Dear Candidate,Job opening as a Business development manager in Thane Location- ManufacturingJob purpose: To generate revenue through new leads acquisition.Responsibilities:-

  • Project Costing & Value Engineering
  • Project Management in handling marketing & Execution
  • Order booking and analysis of market shares
  • Procedures & Project Managementcovering the process of Marketing, generation & execution of the order, etc.
  • To generate new business opportunities, strategic planning to face challenges from competitors, branding activity, updates on the new trend of business, a close watch on the upcoming project movement.
  • Preparation of presentation to the relevant clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Meeting end users and mechanical engineering consultants at various levels to generate project leads.
  • Getting the company registered with end-users and consultants by completing all vendor registration formalities.
  • Use of effective mass media and social contacts to get timely new project lead.
  • Follow-up with the new lead to getting the inquiry, close interaction with the client, consultant, internal estimation, internal purchase team to submit the offer timely.
  • Get the price hints from clients, end-users, etc. to close the order in favor of top management involvement and finally handover the same to Project Team further for execution.
  • Preparation of upcoming project list, offer follows, weekly reports, weekly updates on projects and business plan.
Preferred Areas of Expertise:
  • Expertise in Marketing & Selection of self-actuated special flow, pressure, differential pressure values, flow, pressure differential, pressure valves, flow elements, level control & measuring instruments & temperature regulators in all sectors of industry.
  • Skilled in selection, sizing & designing of flow elements, high-pressure valves applications and its controllability with noise & critical caveating valves including special quality procedures & other requirements, special triple eccentric & double eccentric rotary plug valves & butterfly valves, special regulators and valves for cryogenic and industry-wise applications, sizing and selection of contact type level instruments.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Mechanical Engineering graduate with min 5 years of experience
  • MBA(Marketing) will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
