Job Description

Hi all,We have an opening with one of the Leading Broadcast Industry for below position.Position - Accounts Receivables ExecutiveLocation - BhandupExp - 2-5yrsReporting to -Head of Finance && AccountsJob Description -

  • Promptly Billing to Customer based on approved details.
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices dueby sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Sending MIS as and when required.
  • Co-ordination with accounts team for GST & other work
  • Co-ordination with Logistics team for sales.
  • Co-ordination with auditors for AR related audit
