    Dear Candidate,Job Opening for Customer Relationship manager- Vashi Location- Real EstateCRM-Customer Relationship Manager. Location Vashi, Navi MumbaiExp- 2 yrs+Good communication skillsJob Profile
    • The primary responsibility is solving client queries
    • Making outbound calls to clients for payment
    • Maintain MIS of daily && monthly client data
    • Reporting to Owner/Builder
    • Handling Escalation Calls
    • NOC follow-up
    • Follow-up for agreement && documentation
    • Follow-up for Project Approvals from Banks.
    • Attend client meetings to understand basic client requirements to resolve client queries.
    • Bank queries, customer loan documentation
    • Taking follow-up for changes regarding flat
    • Follow-up for disbursement amount with bankers
    • Follow up with customers and collect required documents and provide to the banker for thedisbursement && Loan.
    • Solving parking-related queries
    • Follow-up with a customer regarding corpus fund and maintenance charges.
    • Follow-up with customer for Snagging and Possession Process.
