  • Should haveatleast 1 year experience sourcing resumes from JOB PORTALS.
  • Understand client requirements.
  • Sourcing relevant resumes from Job Portals.
  • Screening and shortlisting resumes and candidates as per client requirements.
  • Finding a match and lining up candidates for interview at client locations.
