Hi All,Greetings of the day!!We have an opening for one of the leading E learning company for Product Training profile, below are the details.Product training is one of the key services . It requires excellent knowledge of tally software, hands-on experience on Tally software and experience on training resources on features of Tally software /products.We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Product Trainers, who uses their knowledge of TallyProduct and expertise to provide training to resources across Mumbai.Position: Product TrainerDesignation: Senior Executive to Asst. Manager (*as per fitment)Experience:2 to 5 yrs (*minimum 2 years of Experience in Product Training of Tally)Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post GraduateLocation: Millennium Business Park. Navi MumbaiJOB Description :

  • Conduct training sessions for channel partners on the product (for sales && service
  • executives)
  • Identify, plan && broadcast product training calendar for partner resources
  • Ensure readiness of partner resources by taking online mock test and invigilating
  • Train on service i.e. troubleshooting, in classroom setting and on-job
  • Remain updated with latest trends and developments in Accounting/ERP/Taxation Domain
  • Develop business for Advisory Services within and outside the Tally ecosystem
  • Manage the end-to-end TX Operations of Mumbai as per the Calendar and assigned tasks
  • One-point-contact for Tally BMs and its Partners for the execution of monthly calendar
  • Create digital training content for the Learning App
  • Selectively deliver online training through the digital Learning App
  • Participate in any of the operations requirement for the Learning App
