Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring Preparing the Master schedule and establishing the time span of project and get it approved fromthe client. Discussing the project status during the course of periodic project review meetings andhighlighting the critical issues time to time. Preparing L1 & L2 schedule, monitoring and revise it from time to time as per the change in workscope, if any, from client and submit the same to client. Preparing MIS reports, MPR, WPR. Studying and preparing the report on Delay analysis and EOT claim by contractor on client.Site Management Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects. Coordinating with the site execution team to track the status of the project. Interfacing with contractors for the smooth work execution at site. Also, to resolve any issueduring execution cordially with client at site level.Quality Control Ensuring optimum quality standards across various processes to reduce rejection levels and ensure high quality standards at all the stages of production.Required Candidate profile
