Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Job Opening for the position of Accounts & Finance Manager at Navi Mumbai.Experience: 8-10 YearsQualification/ Educational Background: Inter-CA preferable or B.Com with MBA in FinanceCompany ProfileThe global destination for branded packaging, trim and supply chain solutions.It International serves as the leading global organization dedicated to supplying brand concepts, graphics, products and solutions to all partners in the retail supply chain.     • Accounting up to balance sheet finalisation
    • General Accounting, Purchase & Sales accounting.
    • Monthly Closing process (Monthly Provision for Expenses, Rebate provision, Prepaid Expenses working etc.)
    • Statutory Audit & Tax Audit (Audit & Balance Sheet-Co-ordination with Auditors & Finance team)
    • Stock valuation of Finished products, WIP (Work in Progress), Raw Material
    • Physical stock verification
    • Depreciation calculation
    • Ledger scrutiny
    • Experience of GST- Returns, Audit, GSTR 2B Reconciliation
    • TDS & TCS (Tax Collected at Source) deduction, returns filing & issue of certificates.
    • Banking
    • Knowledge of intercompany / Branch transactions.
    • Experience in Income Tax scrutiny
    • Hands on experience of accounting software SAP (B1/Hana version will be given preference)
    Knowledge/Preferable profile:
    • Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred
    • Fixed Asset verification
    • MIS, Analysis of reports & Profitability (preferable)
    • Regularization of Import, Exports transactions / documents submission in Bank.
    • Foreign inward and outwards remittances including LC transactions.
    • Knowledge of Forward contracts (preferable)
    • Bank borrowing: Term Loan & OD (overdraft) / CC (Cash Credit) documentation, process (preferable)
    • CS (Company Secretary) related work/coordination (preferable)
    • Budgeting (preferable)
    • Transfer Pricing (preferable)
    • ASI returns (Data) submission
    • Bank Borrowing documentations, UFCE
    • FCS & FLA submission to RBI
    • GRPO clean up in SAP
