Job Description

  • Complete coordination between Sales Team, Accounts and Clients
  • Managing deliveries Keeping check on order and organizing subsequent delivery
  • Monitoring stock status maintaining minimum inventory, POs for replenishment, damaged stock returned
  • Reviewing sales at outlets / distributors taking stock report and regular follow up for new orders to avoid stock out at any point
  • Managing Warehouse, Stock and running FIFO
  • Keeping a check on Returns from the market, making entries daily for the same
  • Managing Petty cash for day to day operations
  • Checking every order that goes out to ensure things are in sync with order completely
  • Constant coordination with the manufacturers for stock, returns, deliveries, claim settlements
  • Maintaining sample register
  • Resolution of Key Account Complaints
  • Help with day-to-day office activities
  • Managing people for improved efficiency
  • Working on entire business management and smooth functionality
  • Research and innovate better areas of work for improved efficiency and productivity through supply chain management
  • Follow up with concerned person for tasks to be completed
  • Preparing Price Sheets
  • Maintaining all product specific data for usage on various platforms
  • Manage emails and update to-dos
  • Overall looking at all areas of business with respect to timely service and functionality
