If interested, please share your updated resume on hidden_email to discuss further.Experience - 7 - 12YearsQualification - MBAIndustry - Any Manufacturing (Retail Sales hiring)Location - MumbaiAge - Max 35 YearsRetail Sales Hiring is mustWork experience as an In-house RecruiterFamiliarity with full cycle recruitmentHands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)Experience with social media recruitingDevelop and oversee the recruitment process.Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidatesEnsure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.Oversee all staff engagement for the country office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws.Manage time clocking system for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.Compensation and BenefitsFacilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.AdministrationEnsure smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office.Employee RelationsCoach, counsel, and discipline employees.Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
