    Dear Candidates,We are having vacancy for Personal Assistant to CEO at Engineering Company - Kurla LocationScheduling meets of MD & CEO Attending meets To note minutes of meet Update his contact list (hardcopy & softcopy) Update attendance of all employees Replying to emails (from MDs desk) Note the tenders opened (on web & in newspaper) Answering to calls (international enquiries) Search for informative news & magazines available in market Update with new enquires of product & forward to respective dept. Maintaining secrecy for important decisions & documents To exchange company profiles Traveling along with MD for meetsTo maintain travel & daily calendar Remind & coordinate with boss for filing of travel & petty reimbursements Coordinate with Accounts & Sales team subject to raising invoices, making follow-ups, share estimates once jobs are raised in Maconomy system. Payment pending statements to share on weekly basis with team members. Maintain and update invoice & payment sheet. Book conference room for meets, remind boss and team members of same.
