    Job Title: Manager Performance ManagementJob Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiCTC: 13.00 LpaPosition Requirements:Qualification: Any Graduate/Any PostgraduateWork Experience: 5+ yrsPurpose of this role:The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital ad campaigns on Meta and Google ecosystems, ensuring that the performance marketing objectives are executed and KPIs met month on month. The candidate will also manage the Media Buying process and activities with 3rd party websites commerce sites/publications/OTTs etc.-Overall, ensure successful execution, optimization, reporting and analysis of key KPIs via paid & owned media channels-In-depth knowledge of Meta (FB, Instagram ad manager) and Google. Ability to independently set up campaigns with a clear understanding of tools and dashboard functioning-Responsible for taking campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics-Analysis of recommended optimisation techniques and their impact on metrics-Drive optimisation techniques to improve return on investment and efficient CAC-Agency SPOC for day-to-day campaign management with a focus on timely execution, driving A/B testing, scaling tests and regular reporting-Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and develop detailed analyses. Communicate insights from campaigns timely. Assist in maintaining cross-functional reports.-Creation and achievement of benchmarks for each KPI, platform and campaign type-Highly analytical mindset, able to use data and turn them into actionable insights-Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers-Recommend, test and drive innovations on new ad tech, and additional channels, using the latest tools and trending digital formatsUnderstanding of website, app tech ecosystems, analytics and tech integrations is a mustMain Responsibility1. Execute the overall performance marketing strategy of FGII2. Timely optimization of campaigns and marketing activities to meet the set targets3. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Qualitative and Quantitative reporting/monitoring timely tracking of metrics4. Internal and External stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations, integrations and cross-functional synergies5.
