Job Description

Administer prescription medicines to the public.
Make sure medicines supplied correspond with the prescriptions.
Make sure there is no dispensing error
Keep a register of specialized drugs for stock control and legal purposes
Sell medicines over-the-counter
Arrange the delivery of prescribed medicines to patients
Supervise, manage and train pharmacy support staff
Update self regularly with current pharmacy practice, invention of new drugs and their uses
Advice customers on health issues and medications
Order, sell, and control medicines together with other stock
To take a round in patient care unit in each shift.
Management of near expiry Medicine as per FDA Protocol.
To Supervise and maintain cool storage medicine.
Inventory management.
To attend patient phone calls for Medicine inquiry or orders
Procurement of Medicine for Home delievry
