Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Candidate will be based at Navi Mumbai and will responsible for handling Marketing function of Homeopathy Products in Dermatology, Hepatology and General Segment - Navi Mumbai2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge of Homeopathy Products in Dermatology, Hepatology Segment and General Segment.4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.6. He/she will design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.7. He/she will responsible for customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.8. He/she will responsible for campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.9. He/she will responsible for monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.10. He/she will responsible for field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.11. He/she will responsible for co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.12. You should have good experience in managing & marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective.Desired Candidate Profile
    • BHMS / B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing, 6 -10 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 years as Senior Product Executive / Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager / Senior Product Manager handling Homeopathy Products in Dermatology, Hepatology and General Segment.
    • He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.
    • He/She should have good knowledge of Homeopathy products in Dermatology, Hepatology and General Segment
    • He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
    • Candidate should be excellent in communication.
