Job Description

    ThePortfolio Relationship Managerplays a pivotal role in the Retail Banking Group of our esteemed bank.As part of this dynamic team, you will engage with high-value customers, offering them tailored 360-degree banking solutions.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and expand the Banking Customer family by providing unique, fair, and optimum solutions.
    • Understand evolving customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) customers.
    • Achieve business targets related to cross-selling, enhancing, and upgrading HNI relationships.
    • Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to offer superior service and quick turnaround for customer queries.
    • Possess strong knowledge of investment and banking products.
    • Structure and price deals in alignment with underwriting and credit approval guidelines.
    • Be a trusted advisor to privately-held businesses.
    • Understand the credit and depository needs of business banking customers.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Experience Required:4 to 10 years in Core Retail Liability Banking Sales.
    • HNI Portfolio Management Experience:1 to 5 years.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of investment and banking products.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Insight into market dynamics and customer behavior.
